Uses:
An automatic cooling machine after the fish / meat balls are boiled. The machine adopts 2 sets
of roller chains and special reinforced steel transport board, 4 layers of conveyor lines are
available for connections, thus maximum space is utilized for the best cooling conditions.

| FLOATING TYPE COOKING MACHINE FOR FISH/MEAT BALL | |
Uses:
Cooking of fish / meat balls with automatic temperature control. The machine consists of a
long container with steam pipes underneath to reach a temperature suitable for cooking. The
fish / meat balls are transported by a few sets of propellers with its rotating axes activated
by a motor. A full water container is available at the exit with a filtering board for
convenience of dripping, also a pump specially for hot water is placed at the inner side of it
to send water to the exit beneath the water surface to create movements. |
