BABY-CORN SIZE GRADING MACHINE
Uses:
The machine can automatically divides the baby-corns into different grades according to their diameters. It consists 6 rollers, wrapped with durable rubber and has undergone grinding or polishing treatment. It is built with inclined frames and is divided into 3 sets of rollers by boards which are in smaller size and larger size at the upper side and exit respectively. Partitions under the main body according to roller arrangement and boards provide exit for materials of different sizes.


BASKET TYPE BLANCHING MACHINE
Uses:
Applicable for blanching of agricultural products such as asparagus, baby-corns, mushrooms, etc. The machine consists a roller chain and a axial rod goes through a specially made basket to form a conveyor set. The material is put inside the basket and is then transported into the bucket with hot water for blanching. The temperature can be adjusted automatically and speed ranges between 3-18m / Min.


DE-SILKING MACHINE
Uses:
Specially made for baby-corns de-silking process. The machine consists a shaking net plate and frames stand. De-silking is being carried out by back and fro shaking at an inclined angle. A pull-level is located under the stand connected to the gears and shaft activated by motor. Silk pieces go through the pores of the net and are collected in a container.


ASPARAGUS CUTTING/BLANCHING/COOLING MACHINE
Uses:
A multi-functional processing machine for cutting, blanching and cooling of asparagus. It consists of a roller chain set vertical cutting container, the material is being transported on the containers rack, cut horizontally by the height adjustable knife platform, then pour into the hot water container for blanching. The process is completed after cooling. The height of the attached knife platform can be adjusted to fit the bottom board of the cutting container. Thus is applicable for any length of cans.
